Uncut Seafood Delicatessen is a seafood shop and kitchen at 135 Bondi Road, Bondi. Nic Lucas, Jack Lucas, and Kaitlin Lucas run it. They are fourth-generation fishmongers and they buy from Australian fishermen and the Sydney Fish Market. The room is a retail counter as much as a restaurant. Fish hangs in glass fridges. There is an oyster shucking station and a sashimi bench, and the fish sits on ice so you can look at it before it is cooked or wrapped. They sell fillets, cutlets, tails, whole fish, prawns, oysters, crabs, lobsters, mussels, and other shellfish.
