What we actually cook
Whole fried fish, jalea, grilled salmon and tuna, swordfish tacos, lobster rolls, empanadas when the board says so — Spanish-leaning seafood from a market family (per our regulars). DoorDash and Uber Eats when we are parked long enough.
Do not “reserve” a truck. Show up when the pin is live.
