oyoyoy (오이오이오이) is Seongsu’s first “oyster express” — a European-style standing oyster bar in the heart of Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Premium triploid oysters arrive straight from Goheung and Tongyeong on Korea’s south coast: big, creamy, clean, and never fishy, all year round. Order a Goheung or Tongyeong set, the oyoyoy special with sea urchin, crispy fried oysters, and finish with the cult oyster ramyeon. Pair with house white wine, draft beer, or the signature oyster shot with whiskey — the staff will walk you through sauce combinations, from olive oil and cracked pepper to Korean chilli.
