Suite B Is Behind Santa Fe

A raw bar on NY-28 — oysters, a lobster roll, and a door the map stops thirty feet short of.

A small card on purpose

Inside, the menu stays short. Oysters. A lobster roll. Clam chowder, lobster bisque, caviar, a po’boy. Some nights there is a tasting if we put it on the calendar. Weddings are a different job — a raw bar that travels — and that booking does not happen by grabbing a stool on a Tuesday.

For Spring/Summer ’26 our Woodstock page lists Monday, Friday, and Saturday 12–9, Thursday and Sunday 12–8, Tuesday and Wednesday dark. Midday is real here. If the season flips, believe the site and @oysterparty over this paragraph.

Friday traffic is the hard part

The oysters are the easy part. The drive up from the city on a Friday is the obstacle. Once you are at the door, the room is what we built it for: ice, shuck, lemon, a roll when someone wants hot food.

We only have one photograph on FishRestaurants so far — the one above. A dozen from the pass would tell the story better. Send them when you can; we will swap them in without changing a word that is not true.

The room belongs with oyster bars. Woodstock’s directory page is here. The oyster guide card below is for guests who want species names before they sit.
